Refund/Cancellation Policy 
(Approved November 30, 2017)

Registrants who cancel ten (10) working days prior to the start date of the event are entitled to a full refund. A fifty percent (50%) refund is available to registrants cancelling at least five (5) working days prior to the start date of the event. There is no refund for cancellations made less than five (5) working days prior to the start of the event, or for no-shows.  To notify of cancellation, please contact OGA by email to [email protected], or by phone to 1-405-528-1752.  OGA recognizes circumstances outside of the registrant’s control may impact attendance at an event. If a registrant has a unique situation, please contact OGA prior to the start of the event, or as soon as practical, and we will consider exceptions to the policy on a case-by-case basis.
